​Will Cooper -President
     Will Cooper is currently the band director at Baldwin High School, a position he has held for 34 years. He performs regularly in several ensembles throughout the area notably Lawrence City Band, Grace Cathedral Brass, DeSoto Brass Band, and the Topeka Symphony Orchestra where he has served as principal trumpet for 35 years. He has been the President of the Kansas Bandmasters Association and the Northeast District President of the Kansas Music Educators Association. 
     Will and his wife, Carol, reside in Baldwin City and he enjoys riding motorcycles. 

Sharon Toulouse - Vice President
     Sharon Toulouse is currently the Assistant Director of Bands at the University of Kansas. Previously, she served as Assistant Director of Bands at Lawrence Free State High School. Sharon is also known as CW3 Sharon Toulouse with the U.S. Army Reserves, where she currently commands the 312th Army Band out of Lawrence, KS. In addition to commanding the 312th Army Band, her 17 years of service include positions such as Enlisted Trumpet player, Commander of the 451st Army Reserve Band out of Minneapolis, MN; active duty Band Officer, DC National Guard Band Executive Officer, and 88th Readiness Division Staff Band Officer (which she currently holds in addition to her current command.) 
     Sharon, her husband Ted, and son Timothy live in Lawrence, KS, and mostly enjoy watching the Jayhawks play basketball and football.
